The Library houses a variety of local histories about the
Kamloops area as well as the region. During your visit,
peruse the newspaper binders arranged in themes such as
local persons, buildings, events, and more.
Newspapers
The Kamloops Public Library's newspapers on microfilm includes
the Kamloops Daily Sentinel, the Kamloops News Advertiser,
the Kamloops News, and the Kamloops Daily News. The collection
is incomplete - please check with staff for availability.
For recent news stories, try the Proquest Canadian Newspaper Database (library card required). You can limit your search to the Kamloops Daily News or Kamloops This Week.
